Melody Hanna

Melody Hanna has over 20 years of experience in human resources and total rewards management. Melody currently holds the position of Head of Global Total Rewards, HRIS, and Operations at Covetrus. Previously, they served as the SVP Total Rewards at Change Healthcare and was instrumental in leading the transition of the company from a private to a publicly traded organization. Before that, they were the SVP Compensation and Benefits at Vantiv, where they designed and implemented compensation and benefits strategies for the company's M&A deals. Melody has also held various leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, where they developed and managed compensation and benefits strategies for different divisions and regions. Additionally, they were the Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Staffing at The Weather Channel, where they partnered with the CEO and SVP HR to develop HR strategies aligned with company objectives. Melody's expertise extends to global compensation programs and projects, as they served as the Director of Compensation at Cisco, where they designed and managed compensation programs for domestic and international locations.

Melody Hanna completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Indiana University Bloomington between 1985 and 1989. Prior to that, they attended Castle High School in Newburgh, IN from 1981 to 1985.
