Carlo Garza Montes

Carlo Garza Montes has a diverse work experience in procurement, energy management, and project management.

In 2009, they started their career as an Engineer of Technical Sales at IDN, Ingeniería y Soluciones Industriales, where they worked until 2012. Carlo then took on the role of Technical Sales and Customer Service Manager until 2015 at HEINEKEN MÉXICO. Simultaneously, they also served as a Procurement Coordinator. From 2015 to 2018, Carlo worked as a Procurement Lead Buyer at HEINEKEN MÉXICO.

Carlo joined Lagunitas Brewing Company in 2018 as a Project Manager, where they stayed until the end of the year. Carlo then returned to HEINEKEN MÉXICO in 2019, taking on the position of Procurement Business Services Manager. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Procurement Supply Chain and Energy Manager.

Carlo Garza Montes earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2004 to 2008. Carlo then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Universidad Regiomontana S.C. from 2009 to 2015. In 2007, they briefly attended The University of British Columbia, although no degree or field of study was specified.
