Doug Staples's work experience begins in 2003 with a role as a Financial Analyst (Co-op) at GE. In 2004, they worked as a Production Supervisor (Co-op) at General Motors and later as a Cost Analyst (Co-op) at Cadbury Adams. In 2005, Doug joined Maple Leaf Foods Inc as a Production Supervisor.
