Pinakin Patel

Pinakin Patel, P.Eng, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical and project engineering across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Project Engineer at Covia since June 2018, Pinakin plays a key role in the NSO Modernization project, a significant expansion project valued over US$100 million. Prior experience includes a tenure at Unimin Corporation as a Senior Project Engineer - Electrical, where major projects involved new processing plants and upgrades in multiple locations. Pinakin previously worked as an I & C Design Engineer at GE-Hitachi Nuclear Canada, contributing to critical upgrades in the nuclear sector, and operated as a sole proprietor at Lotus Exim focusing on crafts importation and marketing. Early career experience includes independent contracting roles with notable companies and a managerial position at Power Technics Ltd., where significant advancements in manufacturing capabilities were achieved.
