Harold A. Scott III

Harold A. Scott III, MPP, serves as a Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst at Covington & Burling LLP, having transitioned from a Strategic Pricing Analyst role. Additionally, Harold is a member of the marching band for the Washington Commanders.
