Kristina Mereigh, MPH, CWP, is an accomplished leader in health and wellbeing with extensive experience in developing inclusive health strategies across various organizations. As the Chief Executive Officer of Equitable Wellbeing LLC, Kristina delivers evidence-informed keynote speeches and workshops, focusing on creating healthier workplaces. Currently serving as the Director of Wellbeing at Covington & Burling LLP, Kristina oversees a global team committed to health equity and inclusive health education. Previously, Kristina held significant roles such as Deputy Chair of the Higher Education COVID-19 Community of Practice at the American College Health Association, where management of a $500k CDC grant facilitated research on COVID-19 mitigation efforts. As Director of Wellness Services at Smith College, Kristina implemented programs that notably improved community well-being. Early career efforts included initiating health education programs at Montefiore School Health and organizing a health symposium for Sister to Sister International. Kristina holds a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree from Trinity College-Hartford.
