Felicia Glenn is a Contract & Export Customer Service Specialist at Covington Fabric and Design since February 2013. Previously a Customer Service Specialist at Robert Allen Fabrics from August 2005 to January 2013. Responsible for processing customer orders and acting as a liaison between the sales team and customers, particularly in the hospitality and healthcare industries. Educated at Spartanburg Tech from 1998 to 1999.
