Raghav Chari

Raghav Chari has a significant and diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting from McKinsey & Company, where they worked as an Associate Principal from 1998 to 2002, Raghav then moved on to Synaptic Pharmaceuticals, serving as an Executive Director of Corporate Development in 2002. In 2003, they joined NPS Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Director of Business Development before transitioning to Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in 2006. At Dr. Reddy's, Raghav held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Corporate Development, President of Promius Pharma LLC, Senior Vice President of Proprietary Products, and ultimately serving as the President of Dermatology commercial business and head of novel product research and development. In 2016, Raghav founded Kaiper, LLC, and took on the position of Founder until 2023. Their most recent role is as the Chief Innovation Officer at Covis Pharma, a position they have held since September 2021.

Raghav Chari began their education at Caltech in 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics. From 1989 to 1992, they dedicated their studies to this field. Following their undergraduate degree, Chari enrolled at Princeton University in 1992 to further their academic journey. Raghav spent five years at the institution until 1997, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics.
