Chester L.

Chester L. has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chester currently works as an Engineering Team Lead at Covr Financial Technologies, where they lead web teams in building digital life insurance platforms utilizing technologies such as React, Node, AWS, and C#. Prior to this, Chester worked at Panasonic Avionics Corporation as a Software Engineer. Chester played a crucial role in designing and implementing AWS infrastructure and migrating applications to the cloud. Chester also developed and maintained web apps and tools for managing connected aircraft using technologies like ES6+, NodeJS, and Ember. Before joining Panasonic, they worked at the University of California, Los Angeles as a Software Developer, where they contributed to the development of a single-sign-on system and a link-saving and works cited generator tool. Chester also has experience working as a Programmer Analyst at CRESST, UCLA, where they maintained web properties and designed a publishing platform. Additionally, they served as an Engineering Intern at Cathay Pacific Airways, where they gained regulatory exposure and documented airworthiness checks on new aircraft.

Chester L. has a diverse education history. In 2020, they completed a program in User Experience Design at General Assembly. In 2018, they attended General Assembly for a Data Science course. From 2009 to 2014, Chester studied at UCLA where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering. In 2019, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, and in 2020, Chester acquired the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
