Mandi Elliott

Mandi Elliott is an accomplished underwriter with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Underwriter II at Cowbell since January 2023. Prior roles include Senior Underwriter at Sompo International and Great American Insurance, where responsibilities encompassed risk selection, pricing, retention, growth, and compliance with company guidelines. Mandi's experience began as an Underwriter at Travelers and as a Technical Assistant at CRC Insurance Services, Inc. Mandi holds a Master of Science in Business Management from East Texas A&M University, a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Dallas, and an Associate of Applied Arts in General Studies from Tyler Junior College.
