Michael Urynowicz

Michael Urynowicz serves as Chief Technical Officer at Cowboy Clean Fuels, leading the development of the Triangle Unit Renewable Energy and Carbon Capture and Storage Project in Wyoming's Powder River Basin. Additionally, Urynowicz holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at the University of Wyoming, where also oversees the Center for Biogenic Natural Gas Research and is a Professor of Environmental Engineering. Urynowicz has an extensive educational background, holding a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Science and Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, a Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.
