David Erickson

David Erickson is a seasoned entrepreneur in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Franchisee at Cowboy Jacks in Fargo, ND, since September 2019. Prior to this role, David established himself as the President and Founder of The Bulldog Tap, a popular sports bar in South Fargo, recognized as the 'Best Bar of the Red River Valley' by Fargo Forum Readers in 2015 and 2017. David also held the position of President at Red Hen Taphouse from November 2013 to November 2021, and at Hennessy's Irish Pub from January 2014 to January 2019, where an authentic Irish experience was provided. Additionally, David was the President and Founder of Dave's Southside Tap in Moorhead, MN, from February 2008 until its sale in July 2018. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas, completed in 2007.
