Customer Operation Specialist - HQ Chez Cowboy at Cowboy

Baptiste Aversa started their work experience in 2021 with an internship at Explort, where they interned with the AWEx Explort program in Hamburg, Germany. In this role, they assisted the Trade and Investment Commissioner of Wallonia in Germany and represented Wallonia in the country.

In 2022, Baptiste joined Cowboy as a Customer Success Expert. Baptiste started as a Customer Success Expert and later became a Senior Frontline Customer Success Expert in June 2023. The end dates for both roles at Cowboy are not specified.

Baptiste Aversa completed a Multilingual communication Master's degree from the Université libre de Bruxelles from 2020 to 2022. The focus of their studies was on Communication internationale et interculturelle. Before that, from 2017 to 2020, they pursued a Cycle of bachelor in modern languages and letters: general, with a field of study in Criminology, also at the Université libre de Bruxelles. In 2019 and 2020, they participated in the Erasmus Programm at the University of Tübingen, specializing in Sprachwissenschaft. In addition to their formal education, Baptiste Aversa obtained a certification from the IEGA - Institut d'Études de Géopolitique Appliquée in November 2021.
