Eric Denlinger

Eric Denlinger is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and financial advisory services. Currently serving as Managing Director at Cowen Inc. since December 2021, Denlinger previously held the position of Partner at Portico Capital from January 2006 until its acquisition by Cowen Inc. in December 2021. At Portico Capital, the focus was on M&A and private capital advisory for the global information and business services/software sector. Earlier in the career, Denlinger was a Senior Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Citigroup from July 2003 to December 2005. Denlinger holds a B.A. with dual majors in Economics and Computer Science from Duke University, graduated in 2003.
