Deepali Bhakar

Deepali Bhakar has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Deepali started their career in 2009 as a Talent Management Executive at Bausch & Lomb, where they worked until 2011. Deepali then joined COWI in 2011 and held various roles such as Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and Manager in the Human Resources department. From 2017 to 2020, they served as an HR Business Partner and Discipline Lead, and later as an HR Business Partner and Lead for Global Onboarding Services. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director HR and Lead for Global Onboarding Services at COWI.

Deepali Bhakar completed their MBA in HR from Amity University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their B.Tech degree in I.T from Guru Jambheshwar University from 2003 to 2007. Deepali Bhakar also holds additional certifications such as the PAPI Personality Assessment from Cubiks, a PSI Business, and the Thomas DISC profiling certification.
