Karl Rushen

Karl Rushen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Karl is currently working at COWI as the Head of Digital Delivery, a position they started in September 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Head of CAD/BIM at COWI from April 2020 to September 2021. Before joining COWI, Karl worked at Karl Rushen & Associates as the Director from October 2000 to April 2020. Karl also worked as a Senior Technician at Expedition Engineering Ltd from June 2005 to October 2006, and as a Design Engineer at Halliburton, Brown and Root from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they have experience as a Production Manager at Hood Yacht Spars, a Technical Services Engineer at Cape Durasteel, and a Senior Technician at AECOM. Karl's work experience demonstrates their expertise in digital delivery, CAD/BIM management, technical engineering, and project management.

Karl Rushen pursued their education in the field of landscape architecture and garden design. Karl completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Garden Design at Pickard School of Garden Design from 2003 to 2004. Karl further continued their education at Staffordshire University and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Landscape Architecture from 2004 to 2005.
