Nikhil Mangal has over a decade of experience in the hospitality and business management sectors, currently serving as Senior General Manager for Transformation and Experience at COWRKS since September 2018. Prior roles at COWRKS include Head of Strategic Alliances, Partnerships, and Marketing, as well as General Manager for Experience. Nikhil's extensive background also includes positions at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities spanned from Food and Beverage Manager to various management roles from 2011 to 2018, alongside an entrepreneurial venture as Founder of Rajnikart. Nikhil's educational credentials include a MicroMasters®️ in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Post Graduate Diploma in Guest Services Management from Oberoi School of Hotel Management. Nikhil also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Studies from the same institution.
