Currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Design & Innovation Officer at Cowry Consulting since November 2015, Raphaelle has been pivotal in leading a team of behavioural researchers, architects, and designers to advance the field of Behavioural Science. With a solid background in perceptual psychology, the role of Head of Behavioural Design involves creating innovative interventions that enhance customer and employee experiences. Prior roles include Behavioural Designer at #ogilvychange and various positions in research and customer service, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of York.
