Ian Armitage

Ian Armitage has extensive work experience in various technology and engineering roles. Ian is currently the Director of Engineering at Cox Automotive Europe. Prior to this, they worked as the Technology Director at Dealer Auction, MAG (Airports Group), and MAGO. Ian also held the positions of Head of Technology and Head of Software Development at MAGO, where they played a crucial role in team expansion and software delivery. Before that, they worked at Ditto AI Limited as a Technical Architect and Head of Software Development, where they established a development team and designed an AI platform. Earlier in their career, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, and at Ditto AI Limited as a Software Engineer. Additionally, they gained experience as a Systems Support Analyst at Room Solutions and as a Graduate Management Trainee at Redrow Homes.

Ian Armitage attended Leeds Beckett University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a BSC degree in Business Information Systems.
