Shawn Pio

Shawn Pio is an experienced Tool and Die Engineer currently working at Ford Motor Company since September 2023, leading the development of stamping processes for automotive parts while ensuring cost and quality objectives are met. Prior roles include Group Lead at Rivian, Journeyman Tool and Die Maker at Tower International, and Tool and Die Maker at Simpson Strong-Tie and Tesla, where expertise in tool design and construction was honed. Shawn's career also includes positions at Magna International, Aerotek, Triumph Aerostructures, Toyota North America, and Boeing, where a strong background in machining and manufacturing processes was developed.
