Michael Moore has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2001 at Bristol & West as a Team Leader, they focused on relationship-building and motivating staff. Michael then moved to Platform Home Loans, where they worked as a Business Development Manager and later as a New Business Manager, coaching and developing underwriters and mortgage processors. In 2008, they joined Quinn Direct Insurance as a Regional Claims Manager, before transitioning to On Target Recruitment in 2011 as an Engineering Lead Recruitment Consultant. In 2014, they joined Cordant Recruitment Technical & Engineering as an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities. Michael then moved to Cordant Recruitment in 2015, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager, supporting recruitment needs across the UK and the Middle East. In 2016, they joined Fujitsu in the UK and Ireland as a Talent Acquisition Manager, specializing in recruitment for various departments. Currently, they are the Head of Talent Acquisition at Cox Automotive Europe, where they provide a full delivery and talent acquisition service to the technology business for the automotive market and its brands.
