Josh Northcutt

Josh Northcutt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and lean practices across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Lean Practices at Cox Automotive Inc. since June 2024, Northcutt previously held the position of Global Director of Operational Excellence at Sealed Air Corporation from October 2017 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing lean transformation strategies and developing customer engagement processes.
