Michael Adams

Michael Adams is an accomplished IT professional with over 16 years of experience in the industry, specializing in agile methodologies and accessibility compliance. Currently serving as a Sr. Scrum Master at Cox Automotive Inc. since September 2019, Michael also founded InclusionIT LLC, which focuses on auditing and ensuring compliance with Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 guidelines. Previous roles include Scrum Master and Senior Quality Assurance Lead at Epiq Systems, as well as various leadership positions at organizations such as Cerner Corporation, HiSoftware, and Microsoft, where Michael directed numerous projects aimed at enhancing software quality and compliance. Michael holds an MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a BS in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
