Reuben Mendoza

Reuben Mendoza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile project management and release train engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Release Train Engineer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since March 2023, Reuben has held various leadership roles across notable companies including Prime Therapeutics as an RTE/Product Portfolio Manager, Optum as an RTE/Agile Transformation Leader, and Securian Financial as an Agile Delivery Manager. Previous positions also include roles at Express Scripts, Best Buy, Buffalo Wild Wings, Thrivent Financial, and Scholarship America, where Reuben contributed significantly to project management and product innovation. Reuben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Saint John's University.
