Michael Ziegler

Michael Ziegler is an experienced Sr. Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer currently at Cox Automotive Inc. since January 2021, facilitating agile transformation and enhancing team processes. Prior to this, Ziegler held similar roles at Elavon, Inc., leading the development of a global omni-channel payments gateway. Ziegler's background includes improving incident handling processes, streamlining communication, and coaching teams in agile methodologies across various organizations.
