Taji Philip

Taji Philip is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in test automation and quality assurance processes. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager and previously as a Lead Automation Engineer at Cox Automotive Inc. since August 2014, Taji has consistently contributed to strategic initiatives within the organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Test Architect and Associate Consultant at UST Global (August 2006 - July 2014) and Test Lead at Cordiant Technologies (January 2005 - August 2006), where Taji managed critical testing projects, including SOX compliance applications. Taji began a career as a Technical Writer at CCS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (May 2002 - 2005) and completed a Project Internship at the Rubber Research Institute of India in 2000. Taji's educational background includes a Master of Computer Application from Indira Gandhi National Open University and several other qualifications in IT and business.
