Dennis Berdanis

Dennis Berdanis is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in developing training programs across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Cox Communications since September 2019, Dennis specializes in instructional design and content development, focusing on topics such as safety, service assurance, and onboarding. Prior to this role, Dennis worked as an Instructional Designer at Pyramid Consulting, Inc., and as an Independent Training Consultant, showcasing a strong background in video course creation. Dennis's career also includes significant tenure at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs, where responsibilities included developing cyber security training and creating training content for the 5ESS® Switch. Additional experience at Nokia further solidified Dennis's expertise in project management and curriculum design. Dennis holds a BSEET degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University.
