Franklin Lartey

Franklin Lartey, PhD, MBA, MSc, currently serves as Senior Director of Technology at Cox Communications, overseeing nationwide Fiber-To-The-Home Brownfield Deployment. With a career spanning over two decades, Franklin has held various engineering and management roles, including Regional Manager of Engineering for multiple states and Systems Manager at the U.S. Department of State, where responsibilities included managing IT projects and staff. Previous experience includes directorship at Dataweb in Gabon and positions with the United Nations, focusing on software and network solutions.
