Kathleen Sante is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer care and process management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at Cox Communications since August 2009, Kathleen has also held roles such as Process Standardization Project Manager and Senior Manager of Customer Care. Prior to Cox Communications, Kathleen worked at Bank of America from April 2003 to February 2009 in various capacities, including Senior Process Design Consultant and Senior Change Manager. Earlier career experiences include positions at MCI WorldCom (now Verizon Business) and MCI Communications, where Kathleen excelled in service support and field service management. Kathleen began their career in customer support at LDDS Communications. Educationally, Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University.
