Celeste Walls

Celeste Walls has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Celeste started their career at Boeing as an Industrial Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer, where they focused on labor standards, process improvement, and inventory analysis. Celeste then moved on to Pepsico Food Systems as an Industrial Engineer, handling distribution center projects and facility strategy. Celeste then joined McLane Company, Inc. and held various roles, including Senior Market Analyst, Pricing Manager, Director of National Accounts, Director of Operations, and Director of Customer Relationship. Throughout their roles at McLane, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in customer relationship management, operations, pricing, and supply chain. Celeste has a proven track record of improving customer loyalty and satisfaction, achieving KPI targets, and driving profitability.

Celeste Walls obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton, where they studied from 1983 to 1988. Later, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington, completing the program from 1992 to 1995.
