Kelli Southern

Kelli Southern is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, particularly in the telecommunications and digital sectors. Currently serving as AVP of Learning and Development at Cox Communications since 2018, Kelli leads a team of 70 in developing and delivering training for over 5,000 frontline employees across various departments. Prior to this role, Kelli spent 18 years at Autotrader, culminating in a position as Senior Director of Customer Operations Support, where responsibilities included strategic planning and customer experience enhancement. Kelli's career began at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, where responsibilities included sales and training. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
