Nicolle Holt

Nicolle Holt currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Cox Communications, a position held since August 2021. Prior professional experience includes roles as Senior Associate Counsel at the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority from January 2007 to August 2021, Assistant City Attorney for the City of East Point in 2006, and Staff Attorney for Fulton County Government from July 2000 to December 2005. Nicolle began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Cobb County Government and gained early experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Frank C. Mills in the Blue Ridge Judicial Circuit. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Mercer University - Walter F. George School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
