Stephen Gaskins

Stephen Gaskins currently serves as an Executive Talent Sourcer for both Cox Enterprises and Cox Communications since August 2021. Prior to this, Gaskins held the position of Senior Strategic Sourcer in Global Talent Acquisition at Equifax from January 2010 to July 2021, where responsibilities included building candidate pipelines and developing search strategies internationally. Gaskins’ earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Sourcing/Research Associate at Russell Reynolds Associates and a Senior Research Associate at Egon Zehnder International, focusing on various industry sectors. Gaskins began a career in information brokerage as the Owner and President of MarketFax, providing manufacturing directories. Gaskins earned a BIS degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from USC/Coastal Carolina College.
