Toni Stubbs

Toni Stubbs is an accomplished technology and operations leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as VP of Technology, Engineering and Operations at Cox Communications since January 2005. Toni leads a team of over 250 professionals responsible for designing, building, and maintaining customer networks, ensuring network reliability and performance. Previous roles include VP of IT, Strategic Planning, & Network at Cox Communications, managing extensive plant operations and core networks. Prior experience includes managerial positions at GM OnStar and as Director of IT at Media One and Continental Cablevision, where Toni played a key role in IT strategy, technology implementation, and corporate technology infrastructure. Toni began a career as a Software Engineer at NCR, holding significant responsibilities in systems engineering. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Business and Human Resources from the University of Michigan and a BA in Computer Science from the University of Detroit Mercy, alongside leadership training from the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.
