Doug Britt serves as the Director of HR Technology Innovation and Advisory at Cox Enterprises since February 2018, leading a team that enhances HR strategy through innovative technology solutions. Previously, Doug held various roles focused on Human Capital Management (HCM) at H&R Block and Accenture, specializing in Oracle and Workday ecosystems. Significant contributions include overseeing large-scale HCM implementations for diverse organizations, such as the Commonwealth of Virginia and U.S. Steel, as well as playing key roles in multiple consulting engagements with major companies like Capital One. Doug holds degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Georgia.
