With extensive experience in mentoring and partnership roles at organizations such as Techstars, the Institute of Automated Mobility, Drive TLV, and Engage Ventures, Jim focuses on accelerating business growth and supporting entrepreneurs. Jim previously held multiple leadership positions at Cox Automotive Inc., shaping product strategy and innovation, and has a strong background in management consulting at Accenture. Jim's earlier career includes serving as Vice President and COO at WF Floyd Construction, where significant revenue growth was achieved, and as Global Logistics Director at DHL. Jim holds a B.A. in Psychology and Business from Auburn University.
