Julia F.

Julia F. currently serves as a member of the Commission on Health of the Public and Science at the American Academy of Family Physicians, focusing on national policy and program development related to primary care and public health. Julia has been the Chief Population Health Officer at CoxHealth since August 2001, where responsibilities also include strategic oversight as a board member. In addition to these roles, Julia is the Medical Director for CoxHealth Network and CoxHealth Medicare Advantage, and serves on the Board of Trustees for Cox College, contributing to health sciences education and workforce development. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
