Nathan Hays

Nathan Hays has a diverse work experience in software development, particularly in Android and iOS development. Nathan started their career at Ciber in 2013 as an Android Developer. Nathan then worked at PictureU in 2015, where they initially focused on maintaining and adding features to their Android app before moving on to other legacy apps and database maintenance. In 2016, they joined Tin Roof Software, where they worked for Cox, CNN, Delta, and NCR as an Android, iOS, and Spring-Boot developer. Since 2018, Nathan has been working at Cox Media Group, initially as an Android Developer and currently as a Mobile Tech Lead / Android Developer. At Cox Media Group, they develop mobile and CTV apps, adds features, maintains the apps, and converts code to Kotlin. Nathan also runs Agile ceremonies.

Nathan Hays attended Georgia State University from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a field of study in Counseling Psychology. Nathan then went on to enroll at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2012, completing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
