Healthcare and Medical Operations

The Healthcare and Medical Operations team at CoxHealth is responsible for overseeing and optimizing clinical services and patient care operational processes. This includes managing hospital safety and security, financial oversight of the medical group, electronic medical record (EMR) privacy and operations, homecare services, coding and health information management (HIM), radiology, patient transport, environmental safety, injury prevention, revenue cycle education, and clinical performance improvement to ensure high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care across the health system.
