Anne McNaron

Anne McNaron has worked in various industries since 1984. Anne began their career as the Director of Volunteer Services at HCA Parkview Medical Center. From 1987 to 2007, they worked at Juris, Inc., where they held the role of Client Services Implementation/Training/Conversion/Software Sales. During this time, they were responsible for software installation, training, data conversion and consultative remote or on-site assistance. Anne scoped complex, custom requirements for, documented and delivered services on-site to customers managing the change process start to finish to enable optimal business continuity during the conversion process. Anne also assisted in integration with products TimeMatters, CompuLaw, Equitrac, Handshake and others to increase client efficiency in operations.

From 2007 to 2016, Anne worked at LexisNexis - Legal and Professional in various roles. Anne was a Client Engagement Manager (CEM) - Professional Services, where they supported Sales and Professional Services teams in development of solutions to drive new and existing software and services sales and served as trusted advisor throughout the sales, implementation and retention motions. Anne also held the role of Senior Consultant/Project Manager, where they were responsible for developing Annual Professional Service Plans to deliver advanced consultative assistance, reporting and data services to customers. In addition, they were a Team Performance Leader/Manager, where they managed a Senior Technical Support Engineering team of 8-15 employees.

From 2016 to 2017, Anne worked from home, where they were passionate about local food advocacy and related community needs, organic farming and how software technology intersects and complements them. Anne consulted with leadership to plan and prepare for implementation of new WordPress website, met with team at design agency, Local Wisdom, to advise and assist in early phases of website design and development, participated in seedling and seed planting on multiple, organic farms, and gleaned and package produce for distribution to hunger relief sites. Anne also worked with Larry McConkey Productions, where they redesigned and deployed FileMakerPro database in support of Steadicam Workshop in Munich, GER and with Get Your Pet, where they remotely tested and provided QA prior to live launch.

Since 2017, Anne has been working at Coyote Analytics as a Client Services Project Manager.

Anne McNaron received their Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology/Audiology from Vanderbilt University in 1984. Anne also attended The Donoho School.
