Deanna Clayton

Deanna Clayton currently serves as an Associate at Cozen O'Connor, a position held since June 2018, preceded by roles as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate within the same firm. Earlier experience includes a Law Internship at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, involvement as a Policy and Legal Research Intern with the Coalition for Juvenile Justice, and volunteer work with the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia. Deanna was also a member of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and worked at Georgetown Cupcake. Academically, Deanna is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Georgetown University Law Center, expecting to graduate in May 2024, having previously earned a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Justice, Law, and Crime and Psychology from American University, along with a study abroad experience at King's College London.
