Edgar G. Rapoport

Edgar G. Rapoport is aMember of the Corporate Practice Group at Cozen O'Connor, with experience in corporate law since March 2016. Prior to this role, Edgar served as General Counsel for Flash Cab Co. from October 2011 to March 2016. Edgar also gained experience as an Associate at Brown, Udell, Pomerantz & Delrahim Ltd. from August 2009 to September 2010. Edgar earned a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law at Illinois Institute of Technology between 2005 and 2008, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1998 to 2002.
