Joshua Goldenberg

Joshua Goldenberg is an experienced corporate and transactional attorney, currently a Member of the Corporate Practice Group at Cozen O'Connor since October 2017. Specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital, Joshua has a comprehensive background in strategic transactions. Prior roles include Associate Counsel at Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC, and experience in business and legal affairs at Deloitte as a Summer Associate, in addition to internships as a Summer Law Clerk at Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C. and as a Summer Intern at Law Offices Cohen, Placitella, and Roth. Joshua holds a Juris Doctor (JD), Cum Laude, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Studies from New York University.
