Shailendra Upadhyay

Shailendra Upadhyay is currently working as the Chief of Operations at Cozentus since December 2019. Prior to this role, Shailendra held various positions at Enterprise Systems Solutions, including Managing Consultant. Shailendra also took a break in November 2019 before starting a new journey. With a background in Account Management, Delivery Head, and as a Vice President at ESSPL, Shailendra is experienced in business growth, client deliveries, and managing resources within the Delivery Unit. Additionally, Shailendra has previous experience as a DBA at Duke Power and a Developer/Team Lead at Tata Steel. Educationally, Shailendra holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology and Bangalore University.
