Judy Splan-Larin

Judy Splan-Larin's work experience includes various roles in several organizations. Judy started their career as a Human Resources Director at Morgan Foods, Inc. in 2010 and held that position until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Sr. Group Human Resources Manager at AIPA, Flow Aerospace. In 2015, they joined Brinly-Hardy Company as a Strategic Leadership Member and later became the Human Resources Director. In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Human Resources & Customer Service. In 2023, they briefly served as the Director of Human Resources, Customer Service & IT before becoming the Chief Operating Officer.

Judy Splan-Larin holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Economics and American Studies from Fordham University. Judy also earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology from Spalding University, followed by a Psy.D. in Adult Psychology from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in SPHR from SHRM.
