Jessica Underhill has held a variety of roles in the food and logistics industries since 2002. Jessica began their career as an Assistant Manager at Panera Bread in 2002, and was promoted to Regional Catering Sales Manager in 2006. During this time, they pioneered the growth of the catering program, providing leadership and direction for catering coordinators in 14 stores. In 2010, they became self-employed, opening and marketing an ETSY e-commerce bake shop, shipping handmade artisan baked goods and candies all over the United States and the U. K. In 2012, they moved to Nordstrom as a General Manager Nordstrom Cafe Bistro, where they managed the overall operations of the restaurant to maximize long term sales and profit goals. In 2015, they joined National Food Group as an Account Executive, directing a territory totaling 9 states in daily business operations. In 2021, they joined XPO Logistics, Inc. as a Sales Account Executive, providing cutting-edge supply chain solutions. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Cozymeal, Inc. as a Sr. Culinary Sales Executive.

Jessica Underhill obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Western International University between 2010 and 2014. In October 2012, they also obtained a ServSafe certification from the National Restaurant Association.
