Tiffany La Forge has over eight years of professional experience in the culinary and writing industries. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Pastry Chef for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, where they were responsible for all pastry production for the hotel's restaurant, bakery, room service, and events. In 2015, La Forge became the Owner of Parsnips and Pastries, where they created content, wrote recipes, and acted as an influencer for various successful brands. Tiffany also worked as a Food Writer for Noise and Color in 2015. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Writer for Fitt.co, Mode Media Corporation, and Greatist. In 2018, La Forge became the Associate Director, Experience Partners & Content Marketing, Head of Community, and Director of Community & Creative at Cozymeal, Inc. where they managed and led a full team of 35+ full-time, part-time, contract, and freelance employees. Tiffany was also responsible for all content, including email marketing, social media, menus, experiences, recipes, blog(s), website content, host/partner newsletters, guides, e-books, etc. In 2021, La Forge began working as a Writer and Researcher for Sleep.com and is the author of The Modern Cast Iron Cookbook: A New Generation of Easy, Fresh, and Healthy Recipes.

Tiffany La Forge received a Pastry Arts Diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2007. Tiffany is currently attending Montclair State University, where they are studying English Language and Literature/Letters.
