Gisela Esparza

Gisela Esparza, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at CP Group since October 2021. Prior to this role, Gisela worked at Safran Microturbo from July 2014 to October 2021 as an HR Manager and Business Partner, collaborating closely with the VP & GM and the Leadership Team. Gisela's previous positions include HR Business Partner at General Dynamics AIS (August 2009 - July 2014) and HR Manager at Honeywell Safety (formerly Sperian, formerly Bacou-Dalloz) from February 2004 to August 2009, where responsibilities included managing the HR Department. Gisela began the HR career as an HR Generalist at Leviton from January 1994 to February 2004, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Gisela holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Professional Certification in HR Management from Chapman University.
