Audrey Lécollier

Audrey Lécollier is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in technical support, product development, and project management within the food industry. Currently serving as the Technical Support & Development Manager at CP Kelco, Audrey provides technical support to customers and contributes to innovative projects and regional strategies in the EMEA region. Prior experience includes roles at Euroserum, where Audrey managed R&D projects and corporate social responsibility initiatives, as well as positions at Kerry Ingredients focused on application development for confectionery and dairy products. Audrey holds a CAP Chocolatier Confiseur from L'atelier de Stéphane and an ENSIA degree in Food Industry from AgroParisTech.
