With over 23 years of experience at CP Kelco, Phil has been actively involved in the technical and developmental aspects of gellan, xanthan, pectin, carrageenan, and CMC in different regions. Prior to this, Phil held the position of General Manager - Technical & Innovation at Total Foodtec Marketing P/L.
